Paulette Dunn-Pierre, TVET Consultant, is Partner and CEO of Dunn, Pierre Barnett and Associates of Kingston, Jamaica. She works throughout the Caribbean with Ministries of Education and National Training Authorities developing human resources and building capacity towards the implementation of the Caribbean Vocational Qualifications. She has authored a number of articles on workforce development and training in the Caribbean and recently, she was appointed Commissioner on the Council on Human and Social Development (COHSOD) of Secretariat of CARICOM as the Lead Expert on TVET.
