May 10, 2023The CARICOM Secretariat would like to acknowledge the main contributors to the development of the CARICOM Qualifications Framework (CQF) and the international agencies who provided funding and technical assistance for the project. The Secretariat wishes to firstly thank the Principal Consultant- Dr Ruby S. Alleyne – for leading the development of the CQF; the Commonwealth of Learning for technical assistance and funding; the European Union for financial aid through the 10th EDF; Dr Morella Joseph previously Programme Manager- Human Resource Development of the Secretariat for facilitating the CQF development process and Dr Eduardo Ali, now Programme Manager- Human Resource Development (Education, Sport and Labour) in steering the conclusion of the CQF process and alignment/mapping on the UNESCO/UNEVOC World Referencing Levels of Learning Outcomes. We also acknowledge the invaluable contribution of the following participants at the workshops held to develop and review the draft documents:
