Dunn, Pierre, Barnett and Company Canada Ltd., in collaboration with universities, non-profit organizations, Government institutions and international organizations, works jointly to arrive at solutions to challenges that affect the wider community particularly those affecting Human Resource Development and the Labour Market. This venture is an excellent example of Private-Public Partnership.

The central objective of partnering with organizations is to widen DPBA’s network and strengthen cross-sectoral knowledge in social

research and leadership capabilities contributing to strategic transformation of government and non-governmental agencies and institutions in Canada, the Caribbean, Latin America and Africa.   The other objective is to foster innovative and effective problem-solving to serve as a catalyst for addressing many of the most pressing needs of Black people, migrants and people from minority communities. Through these efforts, future leaders will be trained, enhancing their ability to engender transformational leadership within their sphere of influence whether in Canada, the Caribbean, Latin America, Africa or globally.
